It has been an absolute pleasure working with Bryan and Gabriela. Panico Design and staff are professional, creative, and transparent. We began the process of building our custom southern farmhouse by working with Bryan to design our home. We started with a general idea and worked closely with Bryan on every design aspect of the home. He listened to all of our ideas and incorporated our thoughts into the design theme with great creativity, experience, and knowledge. He suggested design elements such as the heavy timber for the front porch and the 7-inch white oak floors throughout. He even assisted with our backyard patio and our two fieldstone fireplaces, one in the house and one at the end of the outdoor patio. We are completely satisfied with the home and build, and appreciate all the details incorporated into the design. He even came through for us with the boulder in our front yard island.
